From our early beginnings excellence in customer care has been an integral part of our philosophy and Genesis has always been at the leading edge of delivering exceptional customer service and achieving total customer satisfaction. In short, we have embraced technology in a way that few other companies have.
 
Over the years, we have found that timely communication is the key to our success. Here are some of the tools we use to ensure that our promises are met:
 
  • All of our site supervisors are equipped with mobile telephones with integrated MIKE and Blackberry service. They receive copies of customer emails and pertinent internal reports in real time.
  • In addition all key site personnel are equipped with two-way radios so that our site supervisors can have them attend to those issues immediately.
  • We also require our key trades and suppliers to be equipped with similar devices so that the information loop is complete.
  • When you purchase a Genesis Home you will be provided with a username and password which will allow you -- "Members Only" -- access to homeowner "Gold Key" services such as the ability to submit all home warranty forms online, update pertinent personal information, view upgrade purchase information, check construction progress on your home, and so on.
  • Purchasers will be able to check on the status of their service items on line, book service appointments and receive email updates when those items have been completed.
  • Being one of the first Ontario builders to computerize our customer service function, we are able to age work orders and with the most outstanding challenges quickly and in priority. We track our performance to ensure that work is done on time, complete and to your satisfaction.
